• Durch die Betrachtung der dialogischen Erziehung Bubers, deren Anknüpfung an die Erziehungstheorien Rousseaus, Humboldts und Schleiermachers, sowie die Darstellung der hermeneutischen Ansätze von Schleiermacher, Dilthey und Gadamer als auch der Dialektik Schleiermachers versucht die Dissertation zunächst, das erzieherische Verhältnis als dialogisches Verhältnis mit Anderen in Verbindung mit Hermeneutik und Dialektik vorzustellen. Aufgrund der Bedeutung der Selbständigkeit in der Erziehung, der geschichtlichen Prägung in der Hermeneutik und der Vielfalt in der Dialektik wird dann das Erkennen des Anderen als Aufgabe der Erwachsenenbildung unter den drei Gesichtspunkten Autonomie, geschichtliche Prägung und Vielfältigkeit erörtert und der etablierten Erwachsenenbildung eine offene Erwachsenenbildung gegenüber gestellt.
• This thesis is concerned with the dialogue education by Buber and its connection to the theories of education by Rousseau, Humboldt and Schleiermacher as well as to the hermeneutics of Schleiermacher, Dilthey and Gadamer and the dialectics of Schleiermacher. Through this, the thesis presents the educational relationship as dialogue relationship with the other and their connection with hermeneutics and dialectics. Following this, the task of adult education will be discussed considerung the three criteria of autonomy, historical molding and diversity. This is due to the grave importance of independence to the education, the historical molding in hermeneutics and the diversity in dialectics. Recognition of the other as task in adult education demands an open adult education which is opposed to established adult education.
